Many brands offer free returns, which can encourage impulse buying and contribute to unnecessary resource consumption. At Bear & Lion, we encourage mindful and responsible shopping. That said, we will always carefully consider your return requests and strive to make the process as seamless as possible for you.

Returning an Item
Eligibility for Returns

General Items: You can return items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable.

Custom/Personalized Items: Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive defective.
Return Conditions

Items must be in original condition: unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

Please include the original receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

If the item was part of a set or bundle, all items in the set must be returned together.
How to Return an Item
Online Purchases

Contact Us: Email our Customer Service team at hello@bearandlion.co.uk to initiate your return.

Ship the Item: Once your return is approved, send the item to the provided address. Ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect. For peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked and insured service.
In-Person Returns (If Applicable)
For items purchased directly at a pop-up shop or event, returns can be initiated on-site or via email with proof of purchase.

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the refund status. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges: For exchanges, specify the replacement item details when contacting us. Exchanges depend on product availability and may take additional time to process.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives defective or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will prioritize sending a replacement or issuing a refund, covering all shipping costs in these cases.
Damaged or Lost Returns
Bear & Lion cannot be held responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit. To ensure safe delivery, we recommend using a tracked and insured service.
Exceptions

Our policy does not cover damage caused by improper use, incorrect washing, or natural wear and tear.
